Sign-up: your email address and what you would come in for. Brand application: your brand details, your name and your email. Press and investor forms: your name, email, organisation and message. Nothing else.
Sign-up: to send you news about the opening, membership and merch, based on your consent. Brand applications, press and investor messages: to reply to you, based on our legitimate interest in answering requests we receive.
The Le Retrait team, and the providers that host the site and receive forms and emails on our behalf. Some may be located outside the European Union; those transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell or rent your data.
Sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, or three years after our last contact with you. Brand applications, press and investor messages: three years after our last exchange. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, ask for a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@leretraitshop.com and we will reply within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Your browser keeps two preferences on your device only: your language, and whether you closed the sign-up window. Fonts and images are hosted with the site, so loading a page sends nothing to third parties.
